Sisterlocks TM

Good Hair Salon is pleased to offer Sisterlocks TM. Sisterlocks TM is a stylish alternative to traditional locs. Sisterlocks TM is for individuals desiring smaller locs with more styling flexibility, fuller style with more body.

Also, the relaxed ends of the hair do not have to be cut to start Sisterlocks TM. Sisterlocks TM can at times offer the discreetness of others not noticing that the hair is actually locked. Sisterlocks is a wonderful hair locking system in which many clients experience hair growth far beyond any they have experienced while their hair was chemically processed.

The first step is to meet with Chanel Robinson ,Sisterlocks TM Consultant trainee for a consultation. The consultation lasts approximately one hour. During this session the consultant trainee will gather information about the client's past hair care history, the client's comfort level with wearing natural hair, and explain grooming habits used with newly installed Sisterlocks TM.

The consultant trainee will examine the hair to determine the best locking pattern unique to your natural curl pattern and hair texture. Test locks will be installed to determine adequate sizing and to see if the locks will hold. Price will also be discussed during the session.

The consultation session is an integral part of determining the best locking pattern for the individual. Therefore, all clients that want Sisterlocks TM must first have a consultation. After the consultation you'll be allowed to 'live' in your locs for 2-4 weeks. Enough time to go through 2 shampoos.

The consultant trainee will bring you back to determine which locking pattern held up the best, and schedule the instillation appointment. Instillation can take anywhere from 12-24 hours that will be split over a 2 or sometimes 3 day period. Once the sisterlocks TM are installed the client is made an appointment to return in 4-6 weeks for retightening. Retightening takes approximately 4-6 hours depending on how well the sisterlocks TM have held up between tightening. This will be determined by how well the client adheres to the consultant trainee's instructions on how to care for the sisterlocks TM.
